We started with the core conviction that people were meant to live in community. Varcity was born at the intersection of that belief and a growing appetite across the country to learn as a lifelong initiative. So we partnered with America’s most prestigious universities to build and operate on-campus developments. We provide residential living that eliminates generational separation and reinvents campus life. Our designed environments have plenty of attitude with open spaces, interaction with nature and floor plans to suit your needs.
